I'm a 16 year old teen with little knowledge of devices, but I was able to plug this into my computer that is using Windows 10, install the drivers, and complete the install process (had to restart my computer). Then I found the easy to see CSR Bluetooth icon to add a device. Messing around with the playback devices in the sound settings was a little random, but took about 30 seconds and now I'm listening to sounds with great quality. Got it for a low price of ten dollars as well.

Just doesn't work at all. Downloaded the drivers and installed some weird software in my pc and it doesn't even recognice the device.
